Where's the bible verse about treating non-christians like shit?

I was pontificating on how Christians have this whole book of horseshit they can draw on to be a cunt.

I know there are some parts of the bible that say it's okay to be a dick to someone if they don't believe in the same bullshit as you. Can someone help me out? I can't remember the specific verses.

I know there was something like "if that guy doesn't believe in our bullshit, fuck him, he's evil. don't even feel bad about doing any nasty thing you can think of to him cause he's evil anyways". Something like that. ...anyone?

The editors of the bible would have removed such a verse a long time ago.
Closest you might find is in the old testament - the jew parts. New testament is all about Jesus and not much mean stuff. Cept where Jesus whipped their jew asses out of the temple for money changing and then they killed him a while later.
