That's because the Whites pictured could actually be Ukrainian. The nogs in the lower photo are most definitely NOT Ukrainian. In fact, I highly doubt they've ever set foot in Ukraine. For context, Donegal is like the Montana or Idaho of Ireland. Very rural, very traditional, very catholic and one of the last strongholds of ulster-gaelic culture. It was the only county that voted no on the abortion referendum.
