A rebellion doesn't have to start with some group that knows each other and meets up to plan out their actions, they can form out of you going into a crowd that you know is full of people who oppose the regime and what it's doing, then spontaneously giving them the idea to resist, telling them of an idea for how the act of resistance could be done.

Think of it like football hooligans recruiting a bunch of drunk strangers from a pub, that's how the American revolution started, guy went up to a bunch of intoxicated guys, playing the odds that most were pissed about the British, and said "let's go dump the tea off the ships into the waters", and enough of them were on board to go along with that idea.

Think flash mobs, spontaneous organization in populated, public, non-political spaces, that's how you win.

None of this shadowy "organization" or events that no one shows up to, focus instead on immediate, disorganized rebellion as the first step.
