Actually makes sense in clownworld.

Those claiming to make that little tend to abuse public assistance. Look into all the EBT fraud that has occurred.

On the flip side, the IRS is a bunch of pussies and they don't want to get taken to court - which is what happens when auditing the rich.

Makes sense that the irs zogbots would pad their numbers looking into possible scams when the victims will not take them to court.

They have outright admitted this in the past, a previous director said it was because it cost them much more money to audit the rich, as they had to hire more lawyers and more people to dig through 10's-100's of thousands of papers to track shady shit.
