My personal preference is leave daylight savings on. I like the day going on longer...but I will abide by the unwashed if the majority wants it in normal time mode. Just pick one and be done with it.

Twice a year, every year for as long as i can remember, everybody complains about daylight savings time. There will be discussions among people and politicians about stop doing it for about a week, and then nothing will be done and it's forgotten until the next time the clocks are changed.

Until you do hard jobs you just think it is a nuisance. If you are on site at 5 or 6 you appreciate the change.

I do think the adjustment we've moved to is ideal. Now you get out of work with some light still around and you can do sports, go on hikes, and not just live in straight darkness with every lit hour being spent at work.

We should not go back. We stood up to masks. We will stand up to day light savings. They actually have a lot in common. Just like you can be the asshole that walked into a grocery store without a mask, you can be the asshole that doesn't recognize the time change no matter how much it make NPCs reel.
