Yes, and it goes further back then that. One of the key factor that led to the Armenians being mass murdered twice was because of a massive jewish involvement in the Treaty of Berlin of 1878.

It was already known by Armenian leaders that their people were in deep danger and thus had an influence to the initial treaty after the Russo-Turko war which was the San Stefano treaty. San Stefano would have Russian soldiers in Armenian territories and would provide them with protection from attacks from their hostile neighbors. The jew Disraeli, who was then the prime minister of Britain, didn't like this treaty at all because it would give Russia too much new land and intervened and played a key role in replacing the San Stefano treaty with the Treaty of Berlin.

The protection of the Armenians would now fall in the hands of, mainly, the British Empire. This would leave the Armenians unprotected because the British Empire had no troops there to protect them from attacks, when it was already known that an attack against the Armenians was going to happen eventually, and the British Empire never intervened when they did get massacred either, this proves that Great Britain with Disraeli the jew as the prime minister, never intended to protect the Armenians from the get-go of this treaty. However, let's see who DID benefit from this treaty. In the discussion of establishing the Treaty of Berlin, many jewish delegates were present and they openly represented only jewish interests and managed to turn the treaty into something that was very beneficial to them as it was through this treaty that they would gain emancipation in Bulgaria, Serbia and Romania.
