4. Lift. At least 6 days a week. This is extremely important. Do not neglect this.
5. Clean shaven, clean haircut, clean clothes. White t-shirts are powerful. Try to get cotton only. Get handmade nailsole shoes. Itll make you intimidating, Especially when your lifting begins to see results.
6. Eat only unprocessed food. Little to no sugars. No fast food. No canned food. No frozen food. Etc.
7. Unironically, and I may be ousted for this. Lookism is an important part of this. Get some jawline exercise chews. Make sure you cultivate your looks as much as you can. It's about standing above everyone else as an example.
8. Study national socialist material every day. Even if its only a few minutes a time. I try to upload content regularly, but you can find National Socialist threads on /pol/ or even other alt right message boards.
9. Read Mein Kampf.
This may be a lot, but even taking a few things away from this list is a great start.

I have all those well on their way, fitness being my best but would like to improve on the iron will.
Currently working on cold showers and meditation to help with that and wanting to start Qi Gong.
