It is obviously fake and gay. It is a joke. The Ukro is pretending there is a russian inside, when it is empty. He wouldn't be speaking German if it were not a joke. Maybe several jokes. Is he pretending to be of Azov battalion? Is it WW2 joke about last time someone knocked on Russian tank door? Is it joke that inside tank the RussoPigSoldiers are the nazis, so would understand German? I don't know, but thought it was funny.
