I would think not many his age could go without a hearing aid, but that would make him look as weak as he actually is. His bottom earlobe looks fake AF too, probably a combo hearing aid and earpiece so he can say whatever he is told to like a good retarded puppet.
Well, ya, the square is obviously fake skin as well as the earlobe, but what it is covering up would be an earpiece or aid. I think a POTUS would have access to better technology than what is available at your local Beltone store. That's just like, my opinion, man. There are toothbrushes that play music you can "hear" by vibrating your teeth, so I would think they would have a bluetooth fake tooth or molar cap that could function as an earpiece and not be at all visible. The only reason I can think of to have something physically on your ear is to work as a amplifier and directional broadcaster of ambient soundwaves into your eardrum.

that's not where they go lmfao
they are wireless, they do not "sit" on the outside of the ear at all, they go inside the ear canal for the most part
there's literally no way the "square" in the picture could be a hearing aid.
