No, it's 2003-2005 era Iraq, most units didn't get the ACU/UCP pattern uniforms until late 2005/early 2006.

Non of those niggers are combat troops. Combat troops carried M4's and not full size M16's. Also they have LBV vests and ALICE gear, front line troops had MOLLE gear. It's literally a tough guy pic of a bunch of nigger supply types or cooks.
