It would be a better meme is israel was Homer and Bart the US. The caption would then read: "Only my lackey is allowed to invade other countries."

Russia and China fueled insurgencies in Iraq and Afghanistan. Now they are getting a taste of that with US and Turkish supplied weapons to "Ukrainian" rebel.

Also, Canada stopped shipping airplane engines to Turkey because they were being used in drones. Did that ever change? Those Turkish drones seem to be the heroes of this war.

Exactly, this is nothing new. To be honest providing weapons to a country like this should be considered an act of war, but from what I can tell Russia has no interest in a hot war with the west.
