The media keeps saying he has survived multiple "assassination" attempts. He declared himself a combatant on international media outlets. I don't think this meets the definition of assassination, but what do I know.

When I am at a cross road and one sign says "Open and free" and the other says "lock down and ban", my choice by default is to go down the open and free path.

The sites in question aggregate news stories. "But it has ads!", you say. So do 99% of all websites. I don't mind self promotion if it isn't the sole thing a user posts. Creating your own website to post/host what ever should be encouraged, not shunned. As long as there is nothing malicious going on (invasive ads, ip harvesting, etc.) I don't see the issue. You can block the user if you would rather not see his content.

A lot of what I see posted by these supposed "spammers" is new to tlol.

If you look at the comments on this post, many other sites are listed, but never tlol.

Does each of us need to subscribe to every one of the listed sites and view those daily just to keep "spammers" in check?

If it is fake news, let the downvoats do the work.

If it is multiple postings, then follow the rules.

I haven't found more than a handful - if that many - that were repeat posts and some contained useful perspectives.

That is one of the reposts - but the discussion was also unique, centered on schooling and homeschooling.

I find no fault with anyone crossposting from anywhere.

I am here to learn what is happening, and how people respond to different situations.

You do realize that there were 6 gorillian bob saget posts, right? That is way more annoying that someone posting original content copied from other sites.

If you were to copy every unique discussion and link from the .win sites, I would consider that good content.
