Location tagged images are great intelligence. A secure cellular network (or police radio network) and way to post images on a map with some way to authenticate them (like a firmware-enforced taking of a series of pics from front and rear cameras, and an AI matching of the person taking the pic with the registered owner of the camera) would be an awesome way to find targets for drone strikes, air strikes, and artillery strikes.

On a serious note, when the guy walks back indoors, there's nothing. What was he doing on an upper floor of an abandoned building, filming as a tank was about to shoot in that direction? I am not even saying: "staged". I'm just saying it doesn't make any sense. The only other option besides this being staged seems like it would have to be some young idiot looking to get the next 'viral footage' by becoming an amateur war journo.

Although that camera work seems a little too stable for some teen with a cellphone. Seems mounted.
