I heard some random person claim it was being used to study fallout. The Ukrainian military guarded Chernobyl. Also, they were protecting the border with Belarus. Because the border is right there, and the military units did both.

So "capturing Chernobyl" simply meant that Russia overtook Ukrainian forces and bases at the Belarus border on their way to Kiev.

Maybe some Russians stuck around Chernobyl to take over guard duties since the Ukrainian military was forced out of the area. That could also be the reason they say that they "captured Chernobyl". Because it's now under Russian guard.

From what I looked into it was only Himmler and his clique that were trying to tie Jewish Kabbalah with Germanic/Aryan paganism to create some sort of new religion.
