The reporting about that war in Ukraine is indeed 'strange', to say the least. Apart from unhinged propaganda, especially from western media, the facts of the war remain largely underexposed. Where have all the war correspondents gone?
the war itself is not ridiculous. the coverage in western media is. it's like an entirely fictional show, with absurd plotlines. if you read the russian news you'll see actual reporting like you might expect from a responsible media.
I just looked up a few articles. His trial sounds promising so far. He's already been stamping his feet, screaming at the judge and demanding concessions. Also it appears he was booked into prison as female but this was later changed to male... and yet he's being housed in a female unit? I'd say there's all kinds of fun going on behind the scenes.

Anyone wanting to get a picture of what real war looks like - check out the first few days of the air war against Iraq in 1991 and 2003. Power, water, communications - all these were knocked out along with the military targets.
Why no airstrikes on the convoys? Probably because Russia isn't afraid of that, but also to keep the roads in working condition.
The (((Ministry of Truth))) is working just as hard as the Iraqi Public Relations in 1991 - making everything up.
The infighting is interesting. I haven't heard how mixed the population is in different cities. Could be a big mix of Russian and Ukrainian people - now with weapons and no consequences.
The no consequences part is the biggest one. Imagine if the US were to suspend law and order, and then give everyone weapons. LMAO. So many dead niggers. I wouldn't call that infighting, I would call that retribution.
The Ukrainians of Russian heritage have probably undergone many abuses by the Ukrainian (((rulers))) and now is a good time to get some revenge.

1. Remove Ukrainian military from the parts of the two Donbass states that were just recognized as independent. 2. Restore services (water canal primarily) to Crimea 3. Demilitirize Ukraine - ie blow the shit out of the billions of dollars of new weapons USA/NATO have been sending there 4. Remove the "nazi" government. In Russia, this means something different than you expect. When Russia refers to this they are talking about the fact that the government of Ukraine has been trying to create and enforce a "Ukrainian" ethnic identity upon the entire population of the country. They are trying to cleanse and erase the Russian identity of at least half of the population. This is akin to a "nazi" program in the context as learned by people in the Soviet era, and which continues today. That is what they mean by denazification: take out the govt people and programs who are trying to chase Russians out and suppress their ethnic and cultural identity. Everyone in Europe understands this and that's why they choose to ignore it and not mention it at all.
For a long time there was a country in that middle area between Central Europe and Russia - it was variously called Greater Lithuania/Poland etc. It existed for hundreds of years and there is an approximate ethnic group in that region. Sometimes they are called Ruthenians. Ukrainian people, the ethnicity, in the regions of this former empire are part of this group. They mostly cluster in the Western part of the country, which you'll notice Russia has no interest in. Ukraine, again mostly in the west, also contained a lot of Jews during the Russian Empire. There was a region called the "Pale of Settlement" where jews were allowed to live and much of it was in Ukraine.
the level of absurdity from the jewish press on what's happening in Ukraine this past few days has been off the charts. usually you get just a little bit of this top-level bullshit but it's been non-stop this time. the idea is clearly to make sure no one in the West has any idea of what is happening over there.
