Nope. The rights owners of Star Trek generally ignored fan made films and shows of Star Trek until Axanar fucks started trying to make money. As a result, all fan made projects are permanently limited now. I forget if it's 30 seconds or 3 minutes. It effectively shut down Renegades, Star Trek Continues, and it might even have affected New Voyages.

And all because someone decided to get greedy.
