Do welfare token niglets of parents on welfare not count as "blacks on welfare"? That number seems really low. Way more than 42% of blacks must be on welfare.

All of those things benefit the ruling class, except herpes. Degeneracy is pushed by the ruling class for other reasons, and has some side effects that don't really help them (suicide, cheap to treat stds, etc.)

I think that pretty negative if you ask me when I realize that niggers are ONLY 13% of the US population comprising roughly 40 million. It's a small, small sample size in comparison to white and hispanics.

48% of black women have genital herpes
49% of black men aged 23 have been arrested
77% of black children are born to single mothers/not married parents
42% of blacks are on welfare.
