A big part of liberalism is pretending the are not opportunity costs for things (like affirmative action) by insisting these are a dichotomy you destroy the arguments for them. Most normal fags will not argue if you simply say you want to hire more blacks. Affirmative action is taking jobs from more qualified whites and giving them to less qualified blacks.
