The insurance company justified the refusal to pay on the policy because COVID-19 vaccines are considered an experimental medication or treatment. The insurance company explained that the side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine were published, and the insured party should have known that taking part in a dangerous medical experiment could have resulted in his death. The insurance company likened his death to suicide. Life insurance policies have a standard provision that excludes suicide as a covered death."

Yep. That is correct. Suicide is never a covered clause. Their (life ins co)decision will stand. Guarantee insurance co are not in business to lose money. And dumbassery is also not a covered clause. You do stupid things, there's no coverage.

This is exactly why I said get a lawyer involved to write up a disclaimer your employer needs to sign in the event of a life debilitating event or death. As they now play the role of a doctor without the credentials they now assume all responsibility for your funeral services and continued care of your immediate family.

I have come to the realization that insurance companies are an inherent inefficiency in society and should be made illegal like gambling and using heroin. They just corrupt economic information by spreading the consequences of the reckless on to the backs of the responsible while creating an extra layer of bureaucrats who don’t do anything useful.
