Unfortunately, when we use language that suggest he is making decisions we're legitimizing the idea that he's the president. We need to just start saying "Zog's choice to help..." or "Zogs choice for director of..." or "Zog announces troop build up in Ukraine".

It's part of Zog's propaganda technique and we re-enforce it when we copy/paste their titles.
