I did this at my resturant and as soon as energy/meat prices come down so will my prices.

That works out to 13.3% inflation tax and a 7.2% sales tax for a total of 21.5% in tax on over priced food.

Contact your states "Weight and Measurements" agency. Report it and include the receipt. Many states have laws that say you must charge the amount you advertise on your menu.
