The popular explanation is Polish book dealer Wilfred M Voynich after whom the manuscript is named, composed it all according to his reinterpretation of various material that had come into his possession .. that code breakers are able to break "one time pad" military codes as a matter of course, makes a mockery of the claim the V Manuscript code is "unbreakable." That's Elvish,take the manuscript to the Master J.R.R.Tolkien,he can read it,hell,he probably wrote it.
