That's funny, it didn't look like it was consensual? It looked like a guy asking another guy who parked illegally to move. And I do think it will fix something. I bet the next time that cunt parks illegally and someone asks him to move he'll remember that permanent face wound, that searing pain in his back and not attack anyone.
