I never call the police to sort out my issues, except when it comes to landlords.

The police know 99% of people have your attitude or don't realise how illigal what the landlord is doing is.

They turn up fast and in numbers if they get the opportunity to push back against unscrupulous landlords.

When sluggo shows up to my door he's not getting in. I'm calling the police and he's getting arrested.

If he damages the door to get in (the door he technically owns) - that's attempted breaking and entering, so another charge.

Did he touch any of my stuff?
Theft, handling stolen goods and attempted illigal eviction.

So quickly the charges mount up, and they will all get pushed to court.

I have dealt with shitty landlords, I have friends that have and I know people who are (not shitty) landlords ...

I'm guessing the landlord who made the post doesn't even realize what he did was illigal.

Matter of time before he looses that property to a tenant that knows some basic tenancy laws.

(Also.. landlord companies can be just as shady, but as they are required to advertise their primary assets, well that doesn't bode well if you piss someone off)
