The convoys are so effective because they block off vital roads. So what if they're arrested? They just left part of a blockade for every truck abandoned. While this glowy advocates doing nothing as an effective form of protest (it's not), the most effective thing the Canadian convoys can do is actually to disable their trucks across roads, and walk away.

I hate to be like "source!," but are you sure there's not enough owner operators to at least throw a major wrench into the system in a strike? Seems like a lot of old white guys still running trucks. It doesn't have to be a majority that go on strike to throw a huge wrench into the system. Even with just regular government bullshit of late, there have been shortages.

Have you ever been on an interstate in the US? About 80% of the truckers you see aren't white. It is the go-to profession for an illiterate shitskin immigrant with no skills. Pajeets and hajjis that don't even know more than a couple english words, it is perfect for. Most trucker's make over 75k a year, with not even a high school diploma needed. It is a shit job, but they snatch up any opening there is. They are used to living in a 5×5 box in their home country so they don't give a shit about living in a truck.
