No. Australia does not, they are completely different. They do not have the constant propaganda machine blasting at them like they do in the US. They do not have the same gang culture or mentality than those of the US. There is no such identity as an african-Australian and if some do adopt that, it's just a watered down version of the US gibs mentality.
