To have a trial is a right that was supposed to favor the party charged with the crime. If you kill someone, a kid no less, and are not competent to stand trial mentally, then you are more dangerous to society than someone who is competent to stand trial. This shouldn't result in a relaxed treatment; he should be euthanized. Do people actually think a few years in a state-lvl psychiatric facility is going to increase this man's basic intelligence?

I honestly think this 'incompetency' ploy is being aided by psych professionals friendly to the system, and the purpose is to keep the trial out of the news. They don't want a situation with such terrible optics getting media coverage. They know that even nigger-lovers will be alarmed at the brutality of stabbing a 4-yr old to death.
