About two and half years ago I went through about six months of unemployment. I have never been that long without a job, ever. I used to turn down job offers. I always got the job if I interviewed. No exceptions. This was an eye opener.
Every application had an affirmative action inclusivity questionnaire where thy ask your racial make up. If I answered honestly, I never got the call back. The only time I got a call for an interview was if I "declined to answer". I got six interviews. One jewish guy, a Mexican female, Mexican male, two black females, and an Asian female. I didn't get a job from any of them. At half of those interviews I sat in a waiting room with other candidates. Most of the people looked like no one had ever informed them on how to dress for an interview.
I was only able to get a job through a temp agency, and even by then I was referred by a friend...who is Mexican . The job market is so fucked up.
You need to go blue collar. I worked in tech during the white hey-day, got out when things began to "diversify" (although it was for other reasons entirely) and now I'm employed using my hands to build and fix shit. Which is not only lucrative (even more so now than a tech job), but it's something that only white men can do right. Hell, half of my jobs are fixing shit that "diverse" work crews did and fucked up six ways to Sunday. I fucking love seeing liberal faces that have to call in white men to clean up after the horrible jobs that their POCs did...makes my fucking day.

I wish we could do more, but we've been dying to hire two tech support people for our system for the past two years. We got only 1 so far. Usually we would have to turn down 40, hire 3 and at least 1 smart one that could do the job, and be on time, stayed. We tried a temp agency...they sent us retarded nogs. They were so retarded that they were financially a net negative the time they were there (a whole week). I have no idea what everyone is doing to get money while record inflation is happening. It's sad to see everyone turned into lazy niggers that won't work.

Don't apply to jobs that are intended to warehouse otherwise unemployable do-nothing nigger idiots and you won't have this disappointment. Learn how to do something that's too important to entrust to a diversity hire. That's my advice. It might be tough work, but don't go around expecting a free ride or you'll be no better than the niggers themselves. Except you'll still commit a vastly smaller percentage of violent crime than them. So take heart.

I've been trying to upgrade my job and this shit is real when the company is a mid to large size.
After the first interview it became clear I was very qualified for a supervisory position. The interviewer was grooming me for the job. We got to "company culture" in my list of questions and she explains "we are a very diverse company...we take pride in supporting and hiring diverse candidates..."
My response was very clear. I explained to the interviewer, the head of HR I would not work for a company intent on diversity. "That only means my dedication and hard work will be ignored when I get passed on a promotion because you need to fill a race quota. Why would I want to work hard and dedicate my energy to a company like that?
She understood exactly what I was talking about.
Indeed the Jew has us screwed on this one. Our businesses are a shit show now and even though Jews are to blame, I still can't help but despise nigger culture. Every nigger is nothing but an affirmative action hire.
