I need help coming up with good answers for my vaccine exemption form

I work from home but i do surveys around the country. I make a lot more money during these surveys but they won't let me do them unless I am vaxxed to the max or have an exemption.

The questions on the form are as follows:


Identify you sincerely held religious beliefs or sincerely held personal beliefs.


Describe the principle of your religious beliefs/ belief system that conflicts with taking the Covid-19 vaccine. Include a description of the specific way that your beliefs prevent you from being vaccinated.


State when you began practicing this religion or following these beliefs.

Have you ever had any other vaccines?

Please explain your response.

then there are questions about what other accommodations I would be willing to follow in order to not take the vaccine like getting tested and wearing a mask. Has anyone else beaten this and gotten the exemption? I would appreciate any help with this.

I went religious exemption route, and it didn't fucking matter. They approved it and then used the exemption against me by trying to make me jump through flaming hoops to maintain it (involuntarily semi-weekly testing). Now I have to get involved in litigation to make the assholes actually terminate me instead of saying that I am "voluntarily resigning".

Don't comply. Make them fire you. Get legal help if you need it.

You are a human with free will to determine what goes into your body. Anyone saying they get to control what goes into your body (vaccine or even nasal swabs) is attacking you and your nature.

Religion has nothing to do with it. Play within their rules and you'll get fucked. Are those jewbucks worth your integrity? Or are you a pussy?

I edited it to remove all the text after you read it. If you did not copy pasta it, let me know, and I'll post the text again so you can grab it and it won't be searchable if some one at your company tries to look for plagiarism.

This qs the draft of the text I submitted. Some of it was changed a bit on final submission after editing, but this was the major plot. Again, user @totes_magotes is the real author, I just put my own literary touches on it and rearranged to fit the questions asked.

Mine was approved within a week. The accommodation given was "no vax" and if you want to come into the office, must have submitted to testing program and submitted a negative test from approved vendors )no charge to me), and I must wear mask at all times, but no one else does. I work remote, so the accommodation had no bearing or effect on me.

Check out user totes_magotes. He put together a very well presented religious exemption here a few months back. If I find it, I'll drop the link here. I used a lot of it and had mine passed back in December.

My state requires accommodations for those religious and non-religious. I mentioned how I am pro-life and I don't want to burn in hell for having fetal cells injected in me.

A while ago someone here posted a link to a spreadsheet style list of what exemptions were approved and what not. It was completely random of what was approved. Things as simple as: "i don't wanna because reasons..." was approved, and on the flip side entire paragraphs with bible verses were not.

United Airlines approved religious exemptions and then used unpaid leave as the reasonable accommodation. So you'll probably still be without a job.
