The term “Red Neck” itself comes from the 1500s to early 1600s America where white slaves outnumbered black slaves 2500 to 1. Where the blacks were allowed to serve inside the masters house and got to eat chicken fest soup and other meat. While the white slaves were only allowed to eat maze and got Pellagra from niacin deficiency.
