I know my internet provider blocks catbox.moe. Works only on mobile data for me, might be your situation too.

(I use comcast/xfinity for internet.)

Same deal here in Chicago. But if I use a VPN it works just fine.

https://zz.ht/nojs has up to 100mb file, the javascript version zz.ht has 200mb w/url upload option. It is a fork of lolisafe/chibisafe but doesn't require account. Pomf has a 3 month old dead canary and people have started getting virus warnings lately. Ibb.co is another, haven't used it but have seen it, twimg too
