the whole no-knock warrant deal is not good. some guy sleeping, and being woken up by loud shouting and whatnot, is not really fully capable of clearly identifying that it's the cops. he was startled out of sleep, and IMHO, rightfully reached for a weapon for self-defense. the cops will claim it was righteous, cause he had a gun and they announced themselves, but that is just BS.

Yea... I don't care your affiliation, race, whatever, that was murder.
