I got really sick, for a few days I couldn't do anything, a million times worse than any flu I've ever had... except I've only had two flus and they were pretty mild, like a cold with some body aches and fever.

Took a while to fully recover but my health was not perfect before I caught it anyway and it's not like I got any actual rest, which makes a huge difference I think. If it wasn't for all the bullshit I might have gone to hospital just to have a quiet sleep for 3 days uninterrupted and then I know I would have been fine. The fatigue was the worst and slowly slowly went away.

Oh yeah and coke got an after-taste of chemical cleaner so I haven't drunk that since. Actually, given that coke was my only source of caffeine (and too much I must admit) I wonder how much of my illness was caffeine withdrawal?

Mexican Jarritos are very delicious and do not have any HFCS. And, no caffiene in most of the flavors.

I second this. Jarritos is good shit. I like the mandarin flavor myself. Another good soda is Ramune. You can get it at most Asian markets. The lemon flavored one is basically carbonated lemonade and I love it. Extremely expensive stuff though. Over $2 per bottle.

There is no HFC in Aussie coke. I had American coke once, it was super sweet but in a gross fake way, I'm normally fine with super sweet.
I'm drinking lots more water now with the occasional sparkling apple juice or lemonade.
I'm pretty good at standing up to doctors in hospital, so I think I would have been fine. But yeah I agree rest is hugely important in recovery from anything. Changing nappies, wiping buts, breastfeeding, food feeding, stopping fights and setting up entertainment for two kids is not rest, even if I didn't any cleaning and most of the food was easy (cereal instead of eggs etc)

I was pretty fucked up for 3 days, just slept the whole time and wouldn't spend the energy to roll to the side and drink some water when my throat was parched. It was comparatively as bad as the two worst flus I've had in my life, but not nearly as bad as shit like scabies bedbugs or lower back pain. Certainly not a cause to live in fear or change how you behave.

I ate some on the first day of infection but by the time the symptoms started 3 days later I didn't feel like eating any more. I just drank lots black tea with lemon and used lots of blankets and hot showers. It was really cold I had to use like 6 blankets and woke up in puddles of sweat.

There are so many anecdotal evidences from my life how people are getting fucked up by the vaxx. People getting heart problems, dying from heart problems, catching covid while praising the vaxx, vanishing from work for a week after a jab etc etc etc etc etc.
