There are three police departments I know of in Canada that had media accusations of fuckery before.
Th Ottawa police department, the West Vancouver police department in BC and The New Westminster police department in BC.
The West Vancouver police were the ones used to pose the hysteria because someone left tire racks on a rainbow crosswalk. Shortly before that the police chief's contract wasn't renewed by the The Mayor Pamela "Goldsmith"-Jones (fucking jew)because of a media story of a lower police officer a woman, getting drunk and driving into someone else.
The New Westminster police with a background of corruption allegations were used to threaten and menace the population by stating on twitter and then being repeated in mainstream media that they would "investigate" It's OK to be White signs and were taking it seriously.
They can't have a shitskin in charge when they attack the truckers and their families. That would make colored people look bad and make them look like the enemy of the people.
The attacks need to be done by a faceless anonymous police force. This way, no one can be directly blamed. And without someone to place the blame directly on, there can't be any repercussion for what they're about to do.
When they attack and lock up the truckers, they want people to just accept that it happened, that there's no one to blame, and nothing can be done about it.
In his resignation letter, Sloly said that he was proud of his ability to overhaul the force's culture to better reflect the "diversity of the community we serve."
"While I actually failed at my duties I am proud that I also made the police for more ineffective. All according to my master's wishes."

If you resign, they hand pick someone that will obey. If you pretend like you're trying to follow orders, but don't, they have to figure out what's happening first.
So it's not because he agrees with the protesters, it's just that he gets mad and yells a lot and hasn't crushed the protesters as quick as everyone wants.
