Way back when, my 12-year-old cousin lost his life in a motorcycle versus train incident. He was flying down a gravel road that curved around an embankment before intersecting with the tracks. He didn't see the train until the last moment. He hit the brakes but still went right into the side of the train. Too bad because he was the only one of my cousins that I gave a shit about.

There needs to be a law that says you can immediately sieze the keys from anyone caught doing this. Pull em off the tracks and reach in to take the keys. Your days of driving are now over.
