No traffic for the most part was blocked at 8th (8 blocks from border) there are no lanes open traffic was diverted to other borders that are fairly close but they can’t handle the traffic and are not moving today.the plan last night was convoy trucks headed to pacific that were blocked at 8th moved to peace arch this morning.
