Transhumanism is such a funny thing. They all assume it's going to work just fine,right from the start. As anyone who works with tech will tell you,this is rarely the case.

So what if their "post-human utopia" is a screaming hell of white noise their minds can't properly process and since they don't have traditional senses,they can't really "see" or "hear" or "touch". They're just completely lost,deaf,dumb,and blind in an endless static hell there's no escape from? What if someone hacks their mind server and turns it from a paradise to a horrific nightmare where their worst fears are realized and they must live them,over and over,every day for the rest of eternity? What if the server breaks down and they forgot to save their last week of work? What if their hard drive gets corrupted and they lost their mind data?

They never really consider this. They just buy into "technology lasts forever" even though most of us upgrade or repair our computers at least once every 5 years. You'd think a tech head would ask these questions.
