I have a Quest 1 and Rift S. The Rift S is a nice headset but I am thinking of upgrading. I'm just wondering if Quest 2 would be a noticeable upgrade? What headset do you have? What games do you like? I like gaming.
I have read Q2 used compression on pcvr and does not run games at its true screen resolution. In comparison videos despite a lower resolution the rift S always looks more crisp. Thought?
it was worth it when you could hook samsung vr in to the PC because you could have a full wireless VR rig for next to nothing and run it on any pc but to have to buy a full high end pc and then spend more than half that again for specific pc vr gear fuck that.
sadly samsung vr went nowhere and now they have shut down the system entirely.

Q3 is supposed to be out at the end of the year...
