Might be a cube "containing" $11.7 million, but the whole thing looks very light.
Consider: it was placed on top of snow? and hasn't sunk in? Didn't take a truck/forklift to put there? I don't see any tracks or even footprints. Should weight 180kg, but it's hard to see evidence of that.
At say $2000/oz, that is only 6000 oz. Which fits in about 9000cm^3 of volume. Less than 3 gallons... Seems like a lot of air/other materials to make up the total volume of the cube.
