It's supposed to be why pregnant women shouldn't go in saunas and hot tubs, extended (longer than a few minutes) exposure of extreme temperatures. Not a gradual increase of a degree or two in the general environment. It's a known risk but climate change can't cause that unless the word is gonna be regularly 40°c+.
