I've noticed something with the NPC's when the loud speaker in shopping areas (big open space outdoors) started kvetching about masks, all the people around me started putting on their masks its like an instant reaction because previously they had none (mostly women)

I just stood there baffled how easily swayed/afraid these femoids get when they hear of the propaganda
I don't think they're afraid of the fines, they're scared either of the "varus" or simply standing out in public

it's not even close to the situation you described. it's violent action OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME (at least 10 years) with an intended agenda to make someone conform to a belief, again, by means of causing fear. There is no specific attachment to political agenda. and even with this definition there are exceptions; no one ever called wars lasting over ten years terrorism, because they're not terrorist acts in the slightest; "terrorism/ist" has purely become a loaded political term.

the simple reason people are using the word "terrorism" to describe people is because they believe the government will drone strike their neighbor's house.

mass murderers/shooters are not terrorists, vigilantes are not terrorists, violence is not in itself terrorism, bounty hunters are not terrorists, serial killers are not terrorists, terrifying someone is not terrorism, police officers are not terrorists, school shooters like dylan and eric are not terrorists (and no one called them that; watch people now start just because it's politically convenient), brutally gutting your neighbors and dragging their entrails behind your car throughout the neighborhood is not terrorism, blowing up an elementary school is not terrorism, invading another country and killing millions of people is not terrorism, crashing a plane into a building is not necessarily terrorism, pranking someone by scaring them is not terrorism, getting your feelings hurt is not terrorism, honking your honk to keep someone awake is not terrorism, genociding an ethnicity is not terrorism if done quickly, saying "i'm going to shoot up the mall in an act of terrorism to terrify everyone into doing what i say" is not terrorism,

I think there are enough examples above to get the point.

the suffix "ism" means "a tendency towards", and combined with the pragmatic usage of the word terrorism it means what i said above.

the only terrorist organizations in the world are north korea, the mexican drug cartels and ISIS. anything else is just something/someone people are mad at and want the government to drone strike them, so they can continue watching netflix/youtube, masturbating, frivolously clubbing/drinking/smoking and playing video games.
