Picasso was quite capable of producing beautiful art in a more traditional fashion. But like a lot of artists, he wasn't "into" that, so when he was given freedom he painted crazy shit. And I guess people, probably (((people))), like it so why not?

I'm speculating, but I would probably consider self-soothing behaviors. If we think their hand-rubbing usually correlates with moments they are anticipating some reward/gain, and that these people usually gain by cheating, then the hand-rubbing is probably a way of physically lowering their anxiety.

Think about it. If throughout history they have survived by cheating people - often more physically powerful and robust people than them - then every dealing in which the Jew stood to gain had an inherent risk, the anxiety about which they'd have to conceal with evolutionary history's greatest 'poker face'. The implicit anxiety of holding a falsehood in mind (and betraying a person) comes out somewhere. That anxiety is the tension between the possibility of being caught, while at the same time anticipating the reward of succeeding at the trick.

The hand rubbing is a more or less automatic way the Jew self-soothes from holding that internal tension. Some degree of this tension is probably constant, but the hand-rubbing is the signature of its peak, e.g. when a favorable deal or loan gets signed (and the Jew knows he has won at his trick).

Think of the way that Feinstein rubbed her hands together as that gun legislation was being signed. They are portraying one thing to the world, while knowing the truth of their lie inside. That anxiety comes out somewhere. You also see similar kinds of things in anxiety disorders and in people 'on the spectrum'.
