So they laughed at mocking someone stroking from the vaccine. Then sat around until they realized they laughed at someone actually having a stroke from the vaccine. Not sure how they live with themselves.
The cognitive dissonance needed from them to maintain sanity, instead of just repenting, would require them to be pure evil.
