I lived downtown 1996-2000 and saw the writing on the wall and got out. I was assaulted in the bus tunnel at 5:30am by some sex crazed Asian. I almost pushed him in front of a bus, but stopped. Small businesses were boarding up and druggies and homeless people increased to an alarming rate. The downfall started with GW Bush fuck ups, and Obama finished it off. Both parties sux. Always have and always will. Republicans are establishment cronies and Democrats are communists. We can't win.
