I wonder if he was THAT ugly and unpopular BEFORE he went vegan? I bet he was, I bet he thought this would solve his problem with hairy women (wouldn't talk to him, while he was sure kissing their asses should cure that, so he became vegan too). People HATE when you copy them, to get AT them.

He looks awful, but is it veganism or jewishness?

I bought his book second hand years ago and gave the whole plant based diet an honest try for 6 months with no cheats.

As a 6'2 male it was impossible to eat enough calories, I was struggling at 12-1600 per day.

Lack of calories meant lack of protein and plant protein has less bioavailability

I had to start chugging pea/rice shakes to hit even 100g of protein per day and 150g was impossible.

Naturally I gained no strength in the gym and probably lost a bit of muscle.

I did lose a decent bit of fat. Went from maybe 20% to 15%. I usually stay about 18%.

Mentally I felt fantastic, less sleep needed, but got better sleep.

My morning hikes along the mountain ranged got easier and longer.

Overall I dropped it due to struggling to eat enough and lack of gym progress. If you're a fat fuck who does it short term you can't not lose weight. Simply too hard to eat all those high water high fiber foods.

Youtube banned all of the "former Vegan" videos a number of years ago. It's my favorite thing to mention that they censor - try and give a reason that is any good, I'll wait. Anyway, there are many many former vegans and a lot of them were big "influencers" on YT who eventually repented and talked about two things - one, how being vegan made them sick, and two, how they always had to supplement their vegan diet.

The fact is that veganism is unnatural and unhealthy. The vegetables and fruit and grains we eat are basically GMO's invented by humans over millennia, so there is no "natural" argument. It's unhealthy because as thousands of former vegans will attest, actually adhering to the diet will wreck your physical health within 2-3 years in a variety of ways. The human body needs proteins and fats and is primarily carnivorous, just well-adapted to eating other things. Even honest vegans are constantly taking supplements derived from animal products to maintain basic health and in practice, as the former vegans all attest, most are regularly eating eggs, fish, and other meats to maintain health. They justify that they are "mostly vegan" and "try" but very few people who look at all healthy and who claim to be vegan actually are.

It's a big lie based on bad ideals. I strongly oppose veganism and recommend you always criticize it when it's brought up. It's an insidious and dangerous branch of the globohomo religion that most people do not realize is harmful.

I have a phrase I wish more people would adopt which goes, "Every vegan looks great until they look 80..." And it's true. Look at the Dr. in the picture. It says "Happy 49th!" Apparently that completely grey, very bald, very little muscle tone man is not even 50 in that picture.

At least half the reason Veganism appeals to people is that the modern meat industry IS particularly terrible. Not only that, but there's more to eat of an animal than just their "meat" (muscles). I'm talking about organs...it's traditionally very common for humans to eat animal organs along with their meat. The wonders that would do for society's overall health can't be over stated.

Damn, i had no idea youtube was THIS kike'd

they are actively trying to get people to accept soy and goyfeed as the "new standards" of nutrition

soy this, and soy that, all fried in goy oil (or soy oil if you're really unlucky)
