What does "satisfaction of gay acceptance" even mean?

Does it mean that the people accept the gay lifestyle?

Or is it asking how satisfied the people are with how society has accepted gays?

I could see someone asking "are you satisfied with how society is accepting gays?" and republicans saying "it is the right amount right now"

while the demoncraps are saying "We need more gay acceptance now! starting at age 5! I'm not satisfied!"
