This is a typical hallmark of communism, to put Niggers and other non-White ''minorities'' in key positions within the military and the police because they are more likely to do as they are told. In the long run however it led to inter ethnic conflict most especially when Germanic tribes invaded the Roman Empire. The Assyrians also used similar methods in subjugating it’s territories. They would usually relocate different ethnic groups around the empire away from their native land with rulers who were of a different ethnic group so that they could break them down much easier and push their control since a people with no knowledge of their roots are easier to subdue. It’s actually how the Jews came into being in the first place. The ancient Israelites were forcefully removed from the holy land into Babylon by the Assyrians and over time the Israelites there mated with other tribes most especially those of the Edomites and Canaanites and combined the traditional Abrahamic faith with Canaanite paganism which later became the religion the Pharisees who would later go on to develop the Talmud and create modern Judaism. This is where the real origins of the Jews are descended from. That is why Jesus called the Jews be of abrahamic descent but at the same time they weren’t because they were mutts and as said in the Bible no mutt shall inherit the kingdom of heaven.

Reminds me of the King of the Hill episode Snow Job (s02e13). All of the drivers quit because the interim addminstrator installed tattlers in the trucks. They used the New Westminster, BC police to tackle the It's OK to be White campaign. THe had a mentally ill blog writer pose with media under a sign, ad the New WEstminster Police issue a communist twitter menacing the population about the posters. THe blog writer got a too well paying job as a "councillor" in some tax funded health care facility. The New Westminster police department has accusations of corruption all through it's history.
