^^^THIS^^^ There's been some great companies build on the backs of ones being run by assholes. Look for opportunities and they will show up. Focus on them near exclusively, networking with others is important as well. Don't out yourself as dissatisfied or disgruntled until you hear it from the other person AND KNOW YOU CAN TRUST THEM. I once worked at a place where the manager used that technique to out you to the higher ups. He’s say something disparaging about them, and wait for you to either agree or say something similar, then he would get what you said (but not what he said) directly to the boss’s.

The difficult part is waiting for the chance to move on. You might feel like a loser, but hang in, work the system to get what you can to fill your needs as you wait, and look for the exit. It will come along. For years I had that Beatles song riffing through my head thinking of what an idiot I was working for was:

In the end, I set up my own thing and took all of that assholes money, customers, and power. It took much longer than I thought, and the wait was frustrating. Years later I had a convo with the widow, and instead of offering condolences, I offered congratulations (the dude had millions and millions in several non-productive real estate parcels that she cashed out). Because of my upsidedown words, she was torn at first, but admitted to much more happiness with out that douchfuck idiot in her life.

I'd go piss on his grave, but don't know where he was buried or tossed: and besides, likely all of his family already pissed on it several times. He wasn't all bad, but I can't think of a single good thing to say about him except had he not been a total assfuck to a friend of mine which stirred my anger into a hot burning flame, I'd have a radically different life. For being a horrible asshole boss, he inspired and drove me. For that alone, he gets my thanks X100.

I'm not afraid of fighting because I'm not afraid of making the transition we call death, but it seems rather unnecessary to think of it that way at this point. We've finally got enough "normies" woken up to start making a viable alternative society of our own. Easier said than done, but it's clear that it can be done. More than that, it must be done.

There's a lot of programming put in the heads of people on the Voats of the world designed to condition us that we have to Braveheart our way out of this, and maybe that day comes, but I'm willing to try homesteading and starting our own education alternatives before we go down that path. I'm prepared for that path, but let's not kid ourselves, there's a lot of innocent life to be lost if that's where things go...and I'm not certain that it even needs to happen.
