The whole signing ticket thing is so stupid. I've had cops tell me I had to sign tickets, and other cops not even mention it and just hand it to me, no signiture required. It must just be about power and submission, at the whim of the officer. Fucking gay.

I wonder if it has to do with the name in all capital letters = corporation thing.

https://notfooledbygovernment.com/all-capitalized-name/

[ - ] Broc_Liath 3 points 3.3 yearsFeb 4, 2022 09:45:57 ago (+3/-0)

I really hate that stupid shit. Forms ask you to spell your name in block capitals so it's easy to read and they some data entry peon doesn't have to spend all day trying to work out a squiggle.

They don't need weird legal tricks to claim power over you, you can't gain your freedom by insisting on using mixed case to write your name or declaring your sovreign citizenry in the london gazette. Even if it blatantly said so in some weird old law, clear as day, that you could get out of taxes and not have to follow their rules if you refuse to say "I understand" or something they'd just ignore it.

The only way we will ever be free again is if they're too afraid of a violent response to try to enforce their laws. That's it. Mao was a shitheel but he was right that power comes from the barrel of a gun.

The guy starts off well enough explaining that a capitalized word is no longer a noun, but then goes on a rant about religion.

Another christcuck, willing to turn the other cheek and "fight" the government on its own terms.

Right. And I can just see him trying it too. He'll smugly write his name in cursive then give the judge a long winded explanation to the judge as to how this means globohomo has no jurisdiction over him and he doesn't have to pay the ticket.

Then the judge fines him for non-payment anyway because even if that were the rule, courts have no problem breaking rules to get what they want.

And he'll be exactly as shocked as all them sovereign citizens trying to use motor vehicles on public roads, finding out that cops don't care about sovereign anything.

Won't stop him from making a shitty video about it and posting it to Youtube, while complaining that YT censors "freeMEN".

Incidentally, there is actually an argument to be made that private non-commercial vehicle licencing is illegal (in the US anyhow). Something to do with how they originally excused it by declaring all vehicle operators as engaging in "commerce" so they could wedgie in the commerce clause. There's even a supreme court ruling stiking it down but courts have since declared it "obsolete." Perfect example, expecting them to follow their own rules is an excercise in futility.

Correct, same as income tax for 'Citizens' and all those video's of former IRS agents and others explaining there are no actual statutes for taxation of personal income. Everything is a shell game and a bait and switch of getting you to accept responsibility for something you really don't have to do but the Govt have been getting away with it for so long it's normal practice. Just like how cops claim you have to give up your ID when asked (unless a stop and ID State - or only with RAS -reasonable articulatable suspicion of a crime etc)
Illegal immigrants don't have to abide by vaxx mandates bc as they are not a legal Citizen and are therefore able to sue for damages despite the Immunity from all prosecution waiver blanketing the Citizenry.
The Legal name Fraud thing is an actual thing that is so obfuscated many , including those that advocate it, can not work through it accurately.
Its also contingent with Commercial Code and Contract Law and why your 'signature' is required as it means you are actually taking responsibility for whatever the Legal issue is, ie Contract law of the Commercial Code not Common Law.
Theres a great guy on joo-tube that has debt collectors , courts, call centers for the govt or whatever call him and essentially they all end up hanging up on him simply bc he wont state 'Yes that is me ' or give his name the way they want him too - he'll say shit like ' Well that is one of the names i'm been alleged to use' or 'Yes, allegedly that is my name'etc, and it's not like he wants them to hang up either he's all ' go ahead tell me what this is about' but it just throws them all for a loop and they can't quite reconcile what the fck is happening so just hang up . Hilarious.

It's a "signature bond". Technically the cops can arrest you for doing anything wrong, even a violation, and the signature is in lieu of your having to go to jail and bail yourself out.

Here's the thing: The courts used for processing violations are technically not constitutional. This hasn't been well-tested in court for mostly obvious reasons. But when you provide your signature bond you are assenting to that court's ability to rule over that violation.

I read an interesting article about that once. A lawyer contested a ticket and demanded they provide a witness. Eventually they produced some city cop who was prepared to swear on behalf of some automated camera ticketing system operated by a third party, that the author was speeding. Thing is he perjured himself in the process so badly that the judge panicked and threw the case out.

The author had to pay a bond bigger than the fine to have the case heard, last time I read he still hadn't gotten them to give it back.

[ - ] o0shad0o 2 points 3.3 yearsFeb 4, 2022 10:02:01 ago (+2/-0)

Not exactly the same thing, but yeah, the entire violation system is playing fast and loose with the law.

[ - ] Broc_Liath 1 point 3.3 yearsFeb 4, 2022 11:42:54 ago (+1/-0)

He gave a detailed explanation. Something to do with mixing civil and criminal rules of evidence and trying to have the worst of both.

Durr de durr, back the blue! Durr de durr.

Yes, women are entitled. But the police are the enemy. They uphold this joke of a Jewrat judicial system. I hope your $40-$55,000 a year salary will be worth it when we come for you.

[ - ] derpfroot 0 points 3.3 yearsFeb 4, 2022 11:43:00 ago (+0/-0)

Back the blue....until it happens to you.
Police believe themselves to be a protected class. They happily shit all over citizens just so they get a pat on the head by their superiors. It's all so tiresome.

EDIT: WOW, what a bunch of fucking bootlickers in the comments there. Sure, she admits she wasn't keeping the equipment working fully, but fuck, there has to be a better way. Just mail her the fucking ticket.

[ - ] OldGoat 2 points 3.3 yearsFeb 4, 2022 11:42:30 ago (+2/-0)

The ticket is unjust in the first place and old lady did everything a good lady should do. That cop needs to get his fucking skull shattered.

[ - ] SparklingWiggle 0 points 3.3 yearsFeb 4, 2022 09:58:47 ago (+0/-0)

Toss it in the fucking window. They have a video of giving it to her.

Does it say, "When White people hate jews and niggers (any variety)?

[ - ] SparklingWiggle 1 point 3.3 yearsFeb 4, 2022 10:00:01 ago (+1/-0)

Yeah, that's irritating.

[ - ] pickingrinninspittin 2 points 3.3 yearsFeb 4, 2022 09:24:43 ago (+2/-0)

This is several years old and there's a video of the incident. The lady attempted to leave before the cops were done issuing her the ticket and THAT'S why she got tased. The lady was a absolute ass to the cops and driving like an idiot besides. Frankly you wouldn't want her on the road.

This editorialized picture is misleading propaganda, nothing more.

There's a procedure for cops to follow when the driver refuses to sign the ticket and it does not involve "body slamming and electrocuting". Fucking bullshit.

She probably said something like a black. Maybe she rapped something.

[ - ] gimpyoldman 0 points 3.3 yearsFeb 4, 2022 10:35:43 ago (+0/-0)

If they can mail you a ticket for speeding or running a red light, why do in-person stops need a signature?

[ - ] HowDoYouDoFellowNiggers -2 points 3.3 yearsFeb 4, 2022 02:52:09 ago (+0/-2)

Thought everyone was equal. Why should we make an exception for an old female?
