Yep. I mean if i tried to explain it i would mess it up, but the way it was broke down - and then shown happening exactly that way on actual games - the flow of the game and then referee calls completely change that and it ends up (more often than not - like stacking the deck kinda thing) in a team scoring later on all bc of the earlier call - its patently obvious when you know what to watch for or whats actually happening. I mean at the most basic level you've already made the connection to bad calls completely turning a game - you just didn't realise that it's part of a bigger thing where it is actually used to 'control outcomes' without overtly looking like 'cheating'. I wish i knew the channel or had a link of it ... EDIT Theres a heap of ytube vids on cheating refs -but none actually collates this into the fact that its an actual means of refs predicting game outcomes, just bad refs for a single game.
